Fall Season

Choose your favorite porch package and we will take care of the rest - from thoughtfully designing your display to delivering and styling every pumpkin, and seasonal accent. If porch pickup is selected, when the season comes to an end we will return and pick everything up, making it an effortless way to enjoy a warm, welcoming porch all autumn long.

Founded by two moms with a love for the changing seasons, our mission is to make it easy for families to enjoy beautifully styled porches without the time and hassle of shopping, hauling, and arranging everything themselves.
From simple seasonal touches to full holiday displays we carefully style each porch using fresh products sourced by local farms.

Service Agreement and Policies
Thank you for choosing The Holiday Porch by K&M Design. We are excited to create a beautiful seasonal display for your home. By booking our services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies.
Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds
All bookings are final and non-refundable. Because pumpkins, seasonal materials, décor, labor, and installation dates are secured specifically for your project in advance, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations, changes in plans, weather events after installation, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
Delivery and Weather
We will make every reasonable effort to complete your installation on the scheduled week. However, because our work is performed outdoors, weather conditions may require us to adjust your delivery or installation date.
Natural Product Acknowledgement
Our displays feature real, natural products (including pumpkins, mums, heirlooms, wreaths, garland and other seasonal materials). Natural variation is part of their beauty and character. They will vary in size, shape, texture, and color. Over time natural products may change color, fade, soften, develop spots, dry out, or otherwise age.
Because they are natural products The Holiday Porch cannot guarantee how long individual pieces will remain in their original condition after installation.
Animal, Pests, and Natural Damage
Outdoor seasonal displays may attract or be disrupted by squirrels, chipmunks, deer, birds, insects, rodents, or other wildlife.
As part of our preparation process, we clean and pre-treat our pumpkins with a natural spray intended to help mitigate animal and pest damage. However, no treatment can completely prevent wildlife activity, weather exposure, or natural deterioration.
If pumpkins are part of your display, watch for rotting. Regularly check for soft spots, mold, or signs of rot. If one pumpkin starts going bad, removing it will help protect the others.
The Holiday Porch is not responsible for damage, deterioration. displacement, or loss caused by animals, insects, weather, natural aging, or other outdoor conditions after installation.
Property and Installation
Our team will take reasonable care while delivering, arranging, and removing your display.
The Holiday Porch is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or damage related to conditions that existed prior to our arrival, including but not limited to :
- cracked or uneven concrete
-loose bricks, pavers, steps, or stones
- unstable railings or structures
-existing damage to porches, steps, walkways, or landscaping
-landscape or plant issues
- other unstable, damaged, or deteriorating areas of the property
Decorative Use and Safety
All Holiday Porch displays are intended for decorative purposes only.
Pumpkins, crates, greenery, and other display materials are not intended for climbing, sitting, standing, or playing on. Customers are responsible for supervising children and pets around the displays.
Satisfaction Policy
We want you to love your Holiday Porch display.
If an item is missing or significantly damaged at the time of installation, please contact us within 48 hours of installation. We will review the concern and make reasonable efforts to correct the issue when appropriate.
Issues that occur after installation due to weather, animals, pests, natural aging, customer handling, or other circumstances outside of our control are not covered under this policy.
Photography Permission
The Holiday Porch may take before and after photographs of the installation area and completed seasonal display.
By booking our services, you grant The Holiday Porch by K&M Design permission to use photographs of your porch and/or completed display for our website and social media accounts only. Home addresses will never be photographed.
If you do not wish to have photographs of your display published, please notify us in writing before your scheduled installation.
Customer Acknowledgment
By booking and submitting payment to The Holiday Porch by K&M Design, I acknowledge that:
I have read and agree to the Service Agreement & Policies above. I understand that natural products may change or deteriorate over time. I understand that outdoor displays are subject to weather, wildlife, pests, and other conditions outside of The Holiday Porch's control.
I understand that all bookings are final and non-refundable.

No! As long as we have access to your porch, you do not need to be home while we work our magic.

Michigan weather likes to keep us on our toes! If weather conditions make installation unsafe or could compromise the display we may need to adjust your installation date. We will communicate with you and make every effort to complete your porch as close to your scheduled date as possible.

We want you to love your porch. Please contact us within 48 hours of installation if an item is missing or significantly damaged upon installation. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

Seasonal items can attract wildlife. We pre-treat our pumpkins with a natural deterrent to help discourage unwanted visitors however wildlife damage is unfortunately outside our control. K&M Design is not responsible for damage caused by animals and replacements are not guaranteed.

Yes! Pumpkins may be kept, used for carving, moved elsewhere around your home, or disposed of whenever you’re ready. If you would like us to pickup your display just add pickup to your order!
